The Eurowindow Nha Trang Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company, under the Eurowindow Holding Co., has started construction of the high standard Ocean Window Spa and Resort on an area of 34.2 hectares in Cam Hai Commune, Cam Lam District in the central Province of Khanh Hoa.
The VND1trillion project will include a five star hotel, spas, bars, restaurants, a conference hall, a mall, a sports centre, beaches and areas for green trees.
The Ocean Window Spa and Resort is part of the provincial program to develop eco-tourism in 2010, and to turn the tourism area in the Cam Ranh peninsula into a national tourism area.
Once completed in 2013, the resort will offer high standard tourist services to visitors and the project will help promote tourism potentials in Khanh Hoa Province, as well as provide jobs for local people.
At the ground breaking ceremony, the Eurowindow Nha Trang Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company presented VND 30 million in gifts to local poor people.
